The Japan Woodworking Machinery Association will hold the “Japan Woodworking Machinery Exhibition / Wood EcoTech 2017 (Mokkiten Japan / Wood EcoTech 2017) Fair from the 27th (Fri) to 30th (Mon) of October in Port Messe Nagoya.
This exhibition will be a major event where all the technologies and solutions of the wood industry will be brought together under the theme of “Linking Trees, Technology and Ecology “.
Specifically, displays of saw, chip, crushing, plywood and woodworking machines, laminated timber machinery, conveying, dust collecting, painting, adhesion and drying devices will be displayed in the 3rd exhibition hall and the outdoor exhibition hall. State-of-the-art technologies including wood processing machines such as incinerators and boilers, forestry machinery, wood-based reuse equipment, cutlery, soft, paint, metal and plastic processing machines, etc. will also be exhibited.
In addition, the 2nd Exhibition Hall aptly named “Wood Wonderland 2017”, includes three domestically produced and built wooden cars such as the concept car “SETSUNA” and furniture and joinery all built using the above-mentioned machines. We have prepared many hands-on building projects that both children and adults can experience and enjoy. Exhibitions, symposia and seminars by universities and research institutes are also featured in this fair.
