Our association will use the acquired personal information to the extent necessary for the execution of duties related to this exhibition.
Main purposes of use: Issuance and management of admission passes, provision of information related to this exhibition, etc.

Our association will not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the individual, except as provided for by law.
However, this does not apply in the following cases.
・When there is consent of the person himself/herself
・When it is necessary to disclose information to a contractor designated for this exhibition or a contractor for the purpose of using personal information
・When the provision is required by laws and regulations, etc.
４．Business outsourcing
Our association may outsource part of the handling of personal information to the outside in order to achieve the purpose of use. In that case, we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to the consignor to ensure the safety management of personal information.

Our association maintains the accuracy of personal information and manages it safely. We will take necessary and appropriate measures for safety management such as prevention of loss, leakage and damage of personal information.
６．Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
Our association will promptly respond to requests for correction, addition, or deletion of the content of personal information from the person himself/herself.
As described above, our association will comply with laws and regulations and other norms regarding the handling of personal information, and strive to continuously improve the above efforts.
